Day 64 Can’t believe this is our last day on our journey . We’ve seen so much and saw family we never had met before. We were truly blessed. Today we did basically nothing except pack. It was a nice day of rest. I want to thank those of you who have taken the time to follow us on this journey. Your prayers and support have meant so much. When I get home where I have WiFi, I want to post some videos of the sights and sounds of Yellowstone. I tried to before but they never posted. I may even try to post “the best of “ photos to recap our time. Anyway, it’s been real. Now off to bed.
Today was a very interesting day. We went to see the Ark which is a theme park. It was huge. Everyone so pleasant. It was very hot though and a lot of walking. I was a dummy and wore sandals instead of tennis shoes. The Ark is amazing and even more amazing when you think Noah didn’t have the tools we have today. The Ark is the exact size as mentioned in the Bible and has 3 levels. The architects wrote a disclaimer that they had to use some creative license to construct the inside since the Bible doesn’t mention how the inside looked. When this happens they tried to look at the construction of the times and other historical items. There was beautiful artwork inside, and good information given for questions like how did Noah get the animals in? How did the animals get to other countries? Anyway, this ministry is obviously from a creationist point of view. It was nice to hear other explanations of how things came to be than the prevailing view of Big Bang and evolution. We never m...
